The My Account area allows you to view and edit information
relating to your website’s usage and financials. Tracking the activity on your
site is an important feature in the Web Center. Whether you are launching an
advertising campaign or registering your website with search engines, tracking
the activity to your site can will help you determine what advertising works and
what doesn’t! You can review traffic reports and see how many visitors your
website has had in any period.
Sales reports will provide you with your customer’s order information and allow
you to process their credit cards or personal checks. When a customer enters
their credit card, you will be able to check to see if the funds are available
and hold the funds for 3 to 7 days depending on the cardholder’s issuing bank.
In order to complete the transaction you must access the customer’s order and
select “Charge”. Also, be sure to arrange for shipping of the product to the
customer.

The Account Info area allows you to view and modify personal information relating to yourself and your business. There are three sections in this page: Account Information, Company Information, and Billing Address.
The Account Information section allows you to modify the name and email address that is associated with the website. This information will be used as the main contact email for all those wishing to reach you in regards to the website.
This area allows you to edit your company’s billing information. This information includes the billing address and local sales tax to be included with purchases. Once you have modified the appropriate information, click on ‘Save Changes’.
The Bill area allows you to view invoices relating to your website and its features. In the drop down menu, you may select the period for which you want to view your bill. By clicking the ‘Bill Detail’ button, you can view additional details regarding that bill. This information includes: Last Bill, Payments, Adjustments, Current Charge, and Total.
Merchant Services is where you manage your Payment Gateway. The Payment Gateway is how your customer’s credit card information travels securely over the Internet. A payment gateway is required so that you may accept credit cards on your website. There are several types of Payment Gateways available. To find out what gateway best suits your needs, or if you do not already accept online checks on your website and would like to, speak with your Customer Service Representative for more details.

If your merchant account has
been set up and is not working, consider the following.
Is the Merchant Account active?
A lot of times if a payment is missed when merchant processing companies
do their billing, the account is placed on hold.
Is the username and password correct in the Merchant Info area of the Web Center?
Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive.
Have any settings been changed in the gateway administration area? (i.e. innovativegateway.com / authorizenet.com)
Accept and Process AutomaticallyIf you have activated this method of accepting
payments electronically and want to process your
transactions automatically.
Accept and Process ManuallyIf you have not activated this method of accepting payments
electronically, but want to capture the information and process
Do Not AcceptBy selecting "Do not accept" your website will not display the selected payment method.
